We believe that owning employee stock options is a highly speculative position, which warrants a program of risk reduction, preservation of "time premiums" and tax enhancement. Through the judicious use of exchange traded listed options, we can accomplish those goals.

As former market- maker specialists on major options exchanges, we have traded and held stock options in almost every imaginable situation. Our counselors have pioneered option trading by the use of theoretical pricing models in the late 1970's. We now apply those techniques and today's cutting edge theories to the management of listed and employee stock option portfolios.
